The center, 100% occupied, boasts eleven tenants comprising of a healthy mix of restaurants, retailers and services, and has ample parking on over 1.3 acres. I identified El Cerrito as a great city for investment, as families and working professionals priced out of San Francisco and Berkeley are landing in El Cerrito for its safe, clean quality of life and abundance of amenities. Moeser Square is situated in a growth area along the San Pablo Avenue corridor and is equidistant to Del Norte and El Cerrito BART stations. Moeser Lane is the direct path of travel to the view homes in Kensington, the El Cerrito Hills, and the Berkeley Hills, making the shopping center easily accessible to a wide variety of shoppers and diners.
