In 2014, we purchased the property at the corner of Telegraph Avenue and Dwight Way, the gateway to UC Berkeley. The building was tired and was in need of renovation both structurally and aesthetically. We put together a great team: local architect, structural engineer, contractor and consultants to come up with a hip and relevant renovation.
